As the MERN Stack Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading the development team in designing, implementing, and maintaining web applications using the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, mentor junior developers, and drive the technical vision and architecture of our projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of high-quality web applications using the MERN stack
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team throughout the entire software development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Architect scalable and maintainable solutions that adhere to best practices and coding standards.
• Mentor and coach junior developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies, tools, and best practices in web development, and drive continuous improvement within the team.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, and provide timely resolutions to ensure the stability and performance of the applications.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth deployment processes.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback, iterate on features, and deliver high-quality software solutions on time.
• Drive innovation and contribute ideas to improve processes, tools, and technologies used within the development team.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
2. Proven experience (5+ years) as a full-stack developer with expertise in the MERN stack.
3. Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React.js, and Express.js.
4. Extensive experience with database technologies such as MongoDB and proficiency in writing complex queries.
5. Solid understanding of RESTful API design principles and microservices architecture.
6. Experience leading and mentoring development teams in an Agile/Scrum environment
7. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
8. Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools like Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, etc.
9. Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
10. A passion for learning and staying updated with emerging technologies and trends in web development.
